Cancellation Policy
OFF PEAK POLICY
During the months of October to March, guests may cancel their reservation up to 1 week before their scheduled arrival without penalty.
Guests should notify the hotel via email or telephone. During the months of October to March, guests who cancel within 1 week of their scheduled arrival will be subject to a charge equivalent to 1 night’s room rate.
During the months of October to March, large parties may cancel their reservation up to 2 weeks before their scheduled arrival without penalty.
During the months of October to March, large parties who cancel within 2 weeks of their scheduled arrival will be subject to a charge equivalent to 50% of the cost of their scheduled stay.
Guests who are a ‘no show’ will be charged the full cost of their scheduled stay.
Guests who cancel within 1 day of their scheduled stay will be charged the full cost of their stay.

During the months of April to September, large parties who cancel within 1 month of their scheduled stay will be subject to a charge equivalent to 50% of the cost of their scheduled stay.
Guests who are a ‘no show’ will be charged the full cost of their scheduled stay. Guests who cancel within 2 days of their scheduled stay will be charge the full cost of their stay.
